Tutus aren't that difficult to make, and it's a shame that more people don't just take a few minutes to learn the basic steps to create their own custom tutu skirts at home.
Well, I wouldn't call it a shame, not everyone has the time. We are all capable of learning and making lots of stuff, if we all did that there would be a lot of small businesses out of business lol Same thing goes for people who buy birthday cakes, or cupcakes. If you sell wholesale then I am sure in some sense your business relies on the people who make these for their customers? So yes, of course people can make them at home themselves if they have the time and desire but it's not for everyone and hey that is fine with me !
